Professional fees (examination, refraction, contact lens fitting/evaluation, or any services performed by the doctor) are NOT refundable.
Within 14 days of the dispense date, if you are not fully satisfied with your frame purchase and if they are deemed to be in saleable condition, we will credit the full amount that was paid for the frame towards the purchase of a new frame**. You will be allowed 1 exchange only. Select frames have a limited one year manufacturer’s defect warranty. **With the exceptions of some vision insurance plans**
All lenses are custom made. Therefore, any cancellation once the job has been started can only be refunded 50% of the purchase price due to the costs already incurred by the laboratory. If progressive lenses have been ordered and you cannot adapt to them within 30 days, we will have them remade to single vision, bifocal or trifocal lenses at no additional costs, however, you will not get a refund due to the expenses incurred by the laboratory.
Within 30 days of the order date, if you are not satisfied with your prescription or lenses please call the office and speak with an optician to help you with this matter. Certain coatings have a limited 1 or 2-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. If the coating has been approved to be redone under the warranty, it is for 1 time only.
Undamaged, unmarked, unopened, or unexpired contact lens boxes/vials may be exchanged or returned within 90 days of the original purchase order date for a full credit towards different contacts or eyewear. Restocking fees may apply to some brands.
We offer unlimited cleanings and adjustments or any glasses purchased in our office at no extra charge.
Note: Any eyewear not picked up over 90 days will be donated and any prior deposits will not be refunded.
